How is the mission accomplished?

Through the blessings of donations and volunteers, Child Health Honduras (CHH) is able to partner with Honduran medical care professionals to provide mobile clinics. These clinics treat illnesses and conditions such as parasite infections, other infections, ear-nose-and throat issues, skin illnesses, contagious diseases, and a host of other medical conditions that impact the children of Honduras. Also, malnutrition conditions are treated with vitamin supplements. Additionally, CHH provides medical screenings such as ear-nose and throat examinations, eye exams, and other testing. The goal of these screenings is to discover medical issues that can be addressed with further medical care before future issues. CHH also provides improved sanitary conditions in the homes of children to aid the health of the entire family, which includes clean water, toilets, and the ability to cook and store food. Thanks to donors’ generosity, all of this is provided to children and their families at no cost.
